Supporting you through listening to you
The major way in which we ensure that we are getting it right, is through listening to you. Only by listening to you, by you telling us about your experiences, can we hope to ensure that what we are delivering is up to the mark.
There are several ways in which we listen to you.
The Pastoral Supervisor is there for you to talk to, when you need to discuss anything that could affect your time on the course. This could be the academic content of the course, but it could just as likely be other issues such as finance, personal relationships, and family life. Whatever the issue, our Pastoral Tutor is fully qualified to listen and help in whatever way possible. If the Pastoral Tutor personally cannot resolve the issue, then you will be guided towards someone who can.
Each year group at the Aroga School elects a student representative. This person is then able to provide the link between the school and the students. The student representatives sit in on regular meetings with the School organising committee, to ensure that the needs and concerns of the students are fully taken into account in all the decisions made.
The Aroga School has an open-door policy when it comes to students wanting to offer feedback. We can be contacted in person, by email, by letter, through your student representative, or through the pastoral tutor. |
